Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute advertising strategies across platforms to achieve marketing goals and increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Plan, create, and optimize ad campaigns, including ad formats, targeting, budgets, and scheduling.
  • Conduct audience research to identify target demographics, interests, behaviors, and trends.
  • Build automation flows for sales funnels.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics like CTRs, conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad variations, messaging, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging features.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media ads with brand messaging.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and feedback on ads.

Requirements:


  • Have at least 1 year of experience as a social media ads manager
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their advertising features and targeting options.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for crafting compelling ad copy.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
