Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content in Hindi across diverse mediums including social media, websites, YouTube, product descriptions, video scripts, PR content, NGO-related content, etc.

Brand Adaptation: Adapt writing style and tonality to reflect the brand's ethos and the personality of spiritual leaders, ensuring consistency and resonance.

E-commerce and Social Media Expertise: Craft content optimized for e-commerce platforms and social media channels, maximizing engagement and reach.

Quick Articulation: Ability to swiftly articulate compelling stories, social media posts, video scripts, and other content forms aligned with brand objectives.

Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute content strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Research and Insights: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, spiritual content, and audience preferences, incorporating insights into content creation.

Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy, creativity, and adherence to brand guidelines in all written materials produced.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• 12 years of proven experience in Hindi copywriting across various mediums.
• Exceptional proficiency in Hindi writing with a flair for storytelling and creativity.
• Understanding of spiritual content and the ability to adapt tonality as per brand/personality.
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and social media dynamics.
• Ability to quickly ideate and articulate content ideas and scripts.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability and a willingness to work in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.
