• Cultivate an outsidein mindset by continuously researching and analyzing market trends, customer insights, and industry best practices.
• Lead crossfunctional teams to execute transformative initiatives, aligning diverse stakeholders
• Harness the power of technology and data to drive innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage, ensuring they are at the heart of our decisionmaking processes.
• Implement robust data analytics capabilities to provide realtime insights and drive datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.
• Champion a customercentric approach, identifying and implementing customerfocused solutions to enhance our value proposition and drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, driving successful business transformations and delivering measurable results at least 15 years work experience, with a strong technology background (Engineer from a premier college, followed by MBA from a premier institute)
• Strong expertise in leveraging technology and data to drive strategic initiatives and optimize business processes.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic mindset and the ability to navigate complex challenges, while identifying innovative solutions.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities, with a track record of making datadriven decisions.
