Description

Testing of RM and FG as per protocol for construction products like concrete admixture, dry mix mortars and cement related or construction chemical products

Ensuring on time dispatch of FG along with MTC
Ensuring laboratory equipment calibration and predictive maintenance.
Ensuring laboratory and product compliance as per applicable standards like ISO, ASTM, EN etc.
Troubleshooting in case of manufacturing/ processing issues
Attending & resolving issues in concrete mix design
Customer/ site complaint
Conducting regular quality audit at OPC and publish report
Independent coordination with SC/ Mktg/ Sales & TF
Good knowledge of concrete fresh and harden testing, mix designs.
