    Job Description:

    LeadSquared is looking for a Partner Operations Manager who will be managing the entire life cycle of the partners with LeadSquared.

    Role:

    • One should be able to interact with the C-level managers of Partner organizations for the following:
    • The partner is able to upload the lead, and see the required reports.
    • Ensure all payments, from the time the deal is closed, are processed internally by the person.
    • Put operations excellence in terms of what kind of data points we need to review with partners, like
    • Rythm, Calls, MIS,

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Ability to think strategically and manage complex projects and engagements.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to bring order within chaos, and predictability within ambiguity.
    • Passion for making partners succeed.
    • 8–12 years experience in a partner operations function in a software company (mandatory)
    • Strong presentation, excel, verbal and written communication skill
