To know more about our safeguarding policies please visit our website link given below.-JOB SUMMARYThis role is to provide the support and assistance to the finance and administration functions of CARE India Regional office operations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Front Office Management

  • To support to verify the expenses of vouchers including TER, MER, Petty cash review / settlements & other as per CARE India's policy.
  • Ensure timely filling of documents and to be kept at safe place.
  • Attending the Visitors, Vendors and Guests and attend to their queries, to inform to concerned staff.
  • Documents collect from Field and Timely submission of bills/ vouchers to Finance.
  • Open and date stamps all general correspondence.
  • In case of any undelivered mail, to followedup and tracking the shipment to inform to concerned status of shipment.
  • Packing of documents and nondocuments when as required to dispatches.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of the workplace and ensure safety of equipment in the office.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of the toilets and washrooms.
  • Maintains the general filing system and files all correspondence.
  • Monitors and maintains an adequate inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinates the repair and maintenance of office equipment/office premises.
  • Ensure all functional safety measures in the office against fire, theft etc. are in place to ensure safety of CARE premises, CARE property and staff.
  • Provide support to the emergency response.
  • Ensuing the required documentation regards to all consultancy process.
  • Responsible for dispatch the postal/courier and tracking the posted consignment.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE- Graduate with any discipline.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES- Good communication skill written and verbal in English and Tamil languages.

  • Proficiency in computers (knowledge of MS Office, Excel and power point, ERP system etc)
  • Able to read, write and speak in English & Tamil language.
