Place of Work (Location): Chennai/ Gurgaon

Key Purpose of the Job:

• 1

- To Streamline end to end Business Operations(Brand and Sales Facing) from Android Mobility perspective as a whole

• 2

- Planning and optimising Sales forecasting, PO issuance, Credit Management, Claims Management, Schemes communication, Program rollout and management in sync with Category leads

• 3

- Project Management: focussing on project Planning and execution for specific Programs rolled out for Brand/ Redington Initiative

• 4

- Analytics: Using internal data for specific analysis for the overall Mobility vertical for better planning, forecasting, stock Management, Financial rotation

• 5

- Communication: Communicating schemes/ prices/ programs/ demo deployment/ Marketing Collaterals/ ISD management or any other important communication to Sales team/ Partners/ Key Stakeholders

• 6

- Program Rollouts: Any specific program rollout for Brand / Redington as part of growth Initiative- 7- Stakeholder Management: For Smooth Operations, regular interaction and alignment with Key internal stakeholders- 8- Onboarding Formalities of New Brands from process perspective and improving TAT


Educational Qualification / Experience required:

• 1

- MBA from a leading Institution

• 2

- Working experience of around 7-12 years

• 3

- Operations/ Project Management/ Analytics
Key Responsibilities:

• End to End Responsibility for Business Operations for Android Mobility as defined above
• 2
• Integration and analysis of multiple data points for Better Planning/ forecasting/ Purchase/ EOL Management
• 3
• Communication: Schemes, Price Changes, demo deployment, any other market communication to Sales team/ Partners
• 4
• Program/ Project management: Executing multiple programs as project based on Organisational Goals
• 5
• Stakeholder management: Aligning all internal/ external stakeholders for smooth operations
• 6
• Improving efficiency in the Android Mobility divisions by streamlining operations for Multiple brands/ Categories.
