Receptionist Front Office - Chennai, India - Zebronics
Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
- Monitor office expenses and costs.
- Coordinate with Clients, provide secretarial services, arrange couriers etc.
- Should be willing to take responsibility to ensure that all events run smoothly.
- Maintain Supportive Documents and Petty cash.
- Communicate with the Management team, plan work schedules and check requirements on a Day to Day Basis.
- Negotiate with external service providers and suppliers as required.
- General office Maintenance.
- Daytoday troubleshooting and address problems as they arise.
- Perform any other duties as required by the management.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Basic knowledge of MS office.
- Strong Communication and People skills.
- Expert Level Proficiency in Hindi Language is must for this Role.
