Job Overview
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Info HR Solutions. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and is suitable for individuals with less than 1 year of experience.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi)
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Customeroriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product or servicerelated inquiries and issues
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve customer support processes
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints or conflicts.

₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
