highly creative and talented Graphics Designer to join our innovative team.

As a Graphics Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and engaging designs that captivate our clients' target audience.

Your designs will be an integral part of our client's branding and marketing strategies, contributing to their overall success in the competitive e-commerce landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop innovative and effective design concepts that align with clients' brand identities and project requirements.
• Produce highquality design assets, incorporating typography, color theory, layout principles, and graphic elements to enhance overall visual impact.
• Ensure designs are consistent with current industry trends and best practices, while also meeting clients' specific requirements and preferences.
• Conduct thorough research to gain a deep understanding of clients' target audience, market trends, and competitor analysis, translating this knowledge into design strategies that resonate with customers.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives, provide design recommendations, and ensure timely delivery of design assets.
• Iterate designs based on feedback received from clients and team members, ensuring the final deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Stay uptodate with emerging design trends, tools, and techniques, continuously enhancing your skills and bringing new ideas to the team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) as a Graphics Designer or in a similar role, preferably within the ecommerce or digital marketing industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating a keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to adapt design styles to suit different brands and target audiences.
• Proficiency in industrystandard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, including composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Solid knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital and print media.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver highquality work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.

Salary:
₹9, ₹15,000.00 per month
