L1 Helpdesk Support - Pune, India - systems plus
Description
2 to 4 years of total relevant experience- Serve as the primary contact for Level 1 support inquiries related to Aptos CRM, POS, and other retail functions.
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues reported by endusers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve common technical problems independently, escalating complex issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support teams when necessary.
- Document and track all support requests, including their resolution, in the designated ticketing system.
- Collaborate with store personnel, IT teams, and vendors to resolve technical issues and implement system enhancements or updates.
- Assist with user training and onboarding for Aptos CRM, POS, and other retail systems as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest features, updates, and best practices related to Aptos CRM, POS, and other retail functions.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of support documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
- Participate in meetings and provide feedback to improve the overall performance and reliability of retail systems.
- Working hours 7 am IST to 4 pm IST
