2 to 4 years of total relevant experience

  • Serve as the primary contact for Level 1 support inquiries related to Aptos CRM, POS, and other retail functions.
  • Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues reported by endusers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve common technical problems independently, escalating complex issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support teams when necessary.
  • Document and track all support requests, including their resolution, in the designated ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with store personnel, IT teams, and vendors to resolve technical issues and implement system enhancements or updates.
  • Assist with user training and onboarding for Aptos CRM, POS, and other retail systems as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest features, updates, and best practices related to Aptos CRM, POS, and other retail functions.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of support documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
  • Participate in meetings and provide feedback to improve the overall performance and reliability of retail systems.
  • Working hours 7 am IST to 4 pm IST
