  • actively with all other disciplines Continual audit of project cost trends Produce plans to address variance between project budget Vs Actual, adverse trends or to cater for changing project scope/objectives Report on the outcome of all the above activities to the Project Control Manager & Project Manager and propose action plans to correct any adverse trends Motivate members of the project team to meet or beat budget targets.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • 2.1 Continuous analysis of project budget Vs Actual and Forecast against plan Arising from 2.1 above, circulate alert reports, effects and recommendations to the Project Control Manager & Project Manager Produce and issue monthly cost report to Project Control Manager, Project Manager and Finance Manager Maintenance of project Budget Vs Actual records and monthly Forecast for filing and archiving Produce and issue cash flow curves (inflow, outflow and net cash flow) in line with project schedule

Technical Responsibility
***- 3.1- Provide input into project strategy from project budget & cash flow aspect Creation of WBS and Network for new projects in SAP- 3.3- Monitoring, reviewing and controlling of planned cost with the help of SAP generated reports on monthly basis Analyze and report purchase order commitment and calculate accruals- 3.5- Improve project process by developing and implementing cost structure, then manage job-specific code of accounts for WBS approvals- 3.6- Set up control curves Knowledge of SAP project system Module, MS EXCEL and project management knowledge is required
