Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales team.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to our generated leads, engaging them, and persuading them to invest in our digital marketing and ecommerce marketplace services.

Your primary goal will be to close deals and contribute to the company's growth while earning a competitive commission.


Responsibilities:


Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of our digital marketing and ecommerce marketplace services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.


Lead Qualification:
Assess the needs and requirements of leads to determine how our services can benefit them.

Sales Pitch:
Deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations tailored to the specific needs of each lead.

Objection Handling:
Address client concerns and objections professionally and confidently.

Closing Deals:
Use effective sales techniques to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.

Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.

Follow-up: Implement a structured follow-up process to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.

Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and provide regular sales reports to the management team.


Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in digital marketing or ecommerce services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
