Job Title:
Tele Counsellor


Function:
Call Center


Location:
Gurgaon, Sector 18

Working Hours: 6 Days a week (Monday to Saturday), 10 am to 7 pm office hours, with Sundays off

Minimum Education:
Graduates are preferred, but undergraduates are also welcome (Minimum: 12th Pass out with results in hand).


Industry Exposure Required:
Proficiency in both Hindi and English.

Prior experience in Outbound Tele calling, Tele Sales, and lead generation.

Familiarity with the Lead Generation process.

Previous exposure to Outbound Tele calling is a plus.

Experience: 6 months - 8 Years


Salary:
₹13, ₹19,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
