You Profile

Required to work closely with the members of the team to collectively produce a successful execution and planning of the Ticket distribution & ground operations.

Logistics management and inventory control of all equipment, materials and any other items.

Coordinate and manage the set-up of the event on site, ensuring the delivery of a high quality execution and planning of the access control

Key liaison between client, Ticketing Central managers and Associations leading up to the ticketing and ground operations (access control), ensuring that both client and operations requirements are met.

Need to work on budgeting and spend wisely. Stay within the budget

Handling post-event reports

Updating senior management.

Ensure a smooth operation throughout all events

Basic MS- Office knowledge

Passionate about Events

Multi tasker

Must have experience working in the events space, preferably on ground events
