Inform customers about company's products/services and offersManage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
Identify customers needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
Ability to be on phone for a long time and familiar using dialer systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Effectively manage and handle the presale activities.
- Source New sales Opportunities through outbound calls and cold calling.
- Fixing the meeting of the clients with the concerned Authorities.
- Interacting with prospective Clients (individuals, Investors, Retailers, and Property dealers) so as to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings for making them a part of our projects.
- Keep accurate records of the Conversations, so these can be feedback to our client.
Required Experience and Qualification
- Good communication skills required
- Graduation preferred
