Description

We are looking for telemarketer or inside sales representative, who will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company's products or services.
  • Providing information about the product or service to potential customers and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and setting appointments with potential customers for the sales team to follow up.
  • Following up with potential customers who have expressed interest but have not yet made a purchase.
  • Meeting weekly or monthly calling targets and maintaining accurate records of calls made and sales achieved.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure that all leads are followed up and all potential customers are contacted.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service to potential customers.

Skills & Qualification:

  • Must have bachelors degree
  • Should have excellent communication skills
  • Should be detail-oriented, have good organizational skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type:
Internship

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
