Openings for Experienced candidates in Finance for Saint-Gobain India Pvt Ltd - Glass Business in Sriperumbudur to support the finance function of our Float Glass manufacturing unit.

The position will be responsible to

Drive financial processes and systems
Drive the cost reduction initiatives at functional level
Network with Purchase team in spearheading the purchasing cost optimization
Understand the key drivers of the cost elements and working closely with Plant operations team exploring various cost reduction projects
Budgeting, Monthly reporting, Projections to Head Office on the costing, variances and discussing the same with HODs.
Internal Controls Compliance.
Preparation of various MIS reports on inventory, spares and consumables consumption, Purchase price etc.
Ensuring proper inventory management to control working capital
Benchmark the plant costs across location/products/manufacturing lines.
Collaborate with Shared Services center for transactions relating to Payables, Book Closing, Taxation, etc.
Highlighting key areas of improvement to management and thus enabling decision-making and help organization improving profitability.

Education Qualification: B. Com/M. Com/MBA in Finance with good academics.

Experience Required: 4-6 Years of relevant experience in Plant Finance from manufacturing industry

Skills and Competencies required: Strong Basics and Fundamentals of Accounting, Excellent Verbal and Written Communication and Good Interpersonal skills, Problem Solving & Analytical skills,

Learning and Result Orientation, Good Communication & Presentation skills
