UpSchool is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified individual to join our team as a Social Teacher. This role involves handling Grade 5th-9th CBSE curriculum.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Deliver engaging and comprehensive Social Studies lessons according to the CBSE curriculum for Grade 5th9th students.
  • Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
  • Cover CBSE syllabus content for Social Studies comprehensively & effectively.
  • Engage students in interactive and participatory learning experiences to foster critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary teaching strategies.
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments.
  • Provide timely feedback to students and parents to support academic growth and achievement.
  • Participate in school events, workshops, and professional development activities as required.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or in related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in Grade X Social
  • Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the CBSE curriculum requirements.
  • Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

  • Location: Bangalore office
  • Payscale : Up to 27,000 INR per month.
Payment Condition: 33%-50% of monthly salary during training, full pay post-post-UpSchool certification as a Trainer


Salary:
Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
