_Job Description:
_Project Associate

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management:
Supporting in project administrative tasks, study document preparation, Trial document management
Develop comprehensive project plans, including goals, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement effective strategies for risk management.
Lead crossfunctional project teams, maintaining strong communication and collaboration.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Clinical Research Operations:
Project Setup, Remote support in monitoring activities done CRA, preparation of clinical SOPs & ensuring adhering to SOPs.
Data Analysis
Increase overall data quality in the Research in providing accurate data in the system.
Setup meeting with medical connects & ensuring study progress update are completed within research solution.

EDUCATION:
M. Pharmacy (Regulatory Affairs & Project Management)

EXPERIENCE:3-5 years**
SKILLS:TMF Management, Project Management, Clinical Research Operations, Data Analysis
