Project Associate


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Project Management:
  • Supporting in project administrative tasks, study document preparation, Trial document management
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including goals, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement effective strategies for risk management.
  • Lead crossfunctional project teams, maintaining strong communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Clinical Research Operations:
  • Project Setup, Remote support in monitoring activities done CRA, preparation of clinical SOPs & ensuring adhering to SOPs.
  • Data Analysis
  • Increase overall data quality in the Research in providing accurate data in the system.
  • Setup meeting with medical connects & ensuring study progress update are completed within research solution.

EDUCATION:
M. Pharmacy (Regulatory Affairs & Project Management)


EXPERIENCE:3-5 years**
SKILLS:TMF Management, Project Management, Clinical Research Operations, Data Analysis
