Responsibility:
- Answer customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Explain the products and services offered by the company in a clear and concise manner.
- Contact existing customers and prospective clients using provided scripts to promote our offerings.
- Engage customers in conversation, build rapport, and identify their needs and preferences.
- Obtain accurate customer information and record it in the company's database.
- Collect and document relevant data, such as customer feedback, preferences, and complaints, to enhance our services.
- Proactively resolve customer concerns and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members and provide regular feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller Executive or similar customer service role will be plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage customers, listen actively, and identify their needs.
- Strong persuasive skills to effectively convey product benefits and features.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Positive attitude and selfmotivated.
Salary:
From ₹8,000.00 per month
