Cyber Defense:

We are looking for a dedicated Cyber Defense Specialist to join our client's team and bolster the organization's defenses against cyber threats.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in safeguarding global security infrastructure and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of digital assets.

You will work closely with the IT Security team, Enterprise IT, IT Platform Leaders, CIO, and CISO to understand strategic objectives, advise on security best practices, and implement effective cyber defense measures.

Location - Bengaluru/Pune

Experience - 6 To 10 Years
**- Assisting in Interfacing with clients / Vendors / business partners / contractors to address concerns, issues, or escalations, track and drive to closure any issues that impact the
engagement and its value to the organization.

Assisting in advising the organization on security best practices for remediating discovered issues.
Assist with scoping prospective engagements, leading teams for engagements from kickoff through the remediation phase, as well as mentoring other staff.
Ability to identify and drive service improvement initiatives.
Being a Security Team Member, protect and manage security services for company's global security infrastructure.
Should be updated with current knowledge of industry, emerging technology, regulatory trends.
Security Tools Management
Review vulnerabilities and identify root causes for common issues and provide recommendations for improvements.
Provide suggestion to improve vulnerability Management, Endpoint Security, Identity and Access management service based on current trends in information technology (Network, system security software and hardware)
Knowledge of

End Point Security Management:
Antivirus, EDR

Process and Policy Management
Understand security policies, procedures and guidelines based on the ISO / LTIL standards.
Organize and preparation of the security status dashboards including presentation to executive management and supervisor.
Metrics and KPI Management
Develop comprehensive, accurate reports and presentations for both technical and executive audiences, and act as a trusted advisor to clevel, security leaders, and other stakeholders
Analyze metrics and report trends and highlight opportunities for process improvement
