As a Content Writer at our company, you will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content that reflects our brand and helps to attract and retain clients.

You will collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to develop content strategies that drive traffic and enhance our market presence.

Responsibilities:

Create compelling property descriptions, market analysis reports, and client presentations.
Ensure all content is onbrand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience.
Develop and maintain editorial calendar and content projects to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Conduct ongoing research on industry trends to remain informed of market dynamics and to leverage emerging tools and platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, PR, and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout.
Assist team members with contentrelated issues and maintain a database of media contacts.
Analyze content marketing metrics and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in content writing, journalism, or related field, preferably within the real estate industry.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Good understanding of SEO principles and content marketing fundamentals.
Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and content management systems.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

Pay:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
