    At the Financial services business, we intend to build a comprehensive bouquet of financial products to monetise the large spectrum of customer base of Times Group.

    In order to achieve this, we plan to foray into products like co-branded credit cards, marketplace for proprietary cards, Loan products etc.

    We intend to achieve a north star metrics of becoming a preferential platform for all financial needs of a customer

    Job Purpose


    This role will primarily be responsible to maintain partnerships with banks, bureau & service providers, drive growth strategy and Inorganic/EMI Spends for the Credit Card Portfolio.

    The broad responsibility is to understand the business intricacies with FIs, develop and implement business strategies for driving domestic & International Spends on co-branded cards and help reach the assigned targets.

    In order to successfully reach their goal, the individual needs to closely work with multiple teams of both external & internal stakeholders including Product, Marketing & branding,Tech, UX, Operations, Analytics, Risk/Policy and Customer Service & Outbound calling teams.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Drive Key spends projects —from conception to launch.
    Digital Initiatives to drive spends - Identifying the gaps, initiating and driving projects for automating processes, creation of user journeys (App & Website)
    Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to develop hypotheses and build customer offers and communication plan
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner banks, includisenior executives, business leaders, and relationship managers
    Drive the development and launch of innovative products, services, and solutions in collaboration with financial institution partners.
    Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of partnership initiatives and optimize performance
    Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies and decision-making
    Work with Marketing team of bank & times group on customer communication for offers and EMI products
    Partner with engineers, designers, marketing, customer operations, strategy and analytics teams to rapidly develop and deliver projects
    Build strong relations with internal & external stakeholders
    Align closely with Customer Service to build and maintain a strong customer experience
    Ideate innovative acquisition concepts


    Minimum Qualifications Required:
    MBA from a tier 1 institute with 4+ years of business development, partnerships, or sales experience in fast-paced growth environment in banks, fintechs or platforms with co-branded cards
    Comprehensive knowledge and experience of working in credit cards, payments, e- commerce, Fintech and/or technology enabled commerce businesses

    Experience in driving card spends, acquiring strategy, or payment partnerships with a deep understanding of the credit card industry and India market landscape.

    Relationships across key players would be valuable.
    Own and manage partnerships, drive business outcomes, and coordinate internal resources towards delivery of partnership goals. Develop, manage and deliver on account plans.
    Experience of successfully managing strategic clients and tracking client-centric strategies within a matrixed organization.
