POSITION NAME:
Tele Sales Executive

JOB TIME:11am To 9pm (Weekly 1 Day Off)

JOB ROLE:
Urgently we are looking for an enthusiastic Tele-sales/Calling Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for outbound sales calls and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective tele-sales executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products over the phone as well as dealing with doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Do outbound tele sales calls to prospective customers/ potential B2B prospects and convince them over the phone to purchase company's product.
Answer questions about the product or the company.
Ask questions to understand the customer requirements.
Be professional and pleasant while interacting with clients.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Developing an indepth knowledge about customer products and services. They can then make appropriate recommendations based on specific customer needs and their preferences.
The ability to always meet or even exceed daily and monthly targets with regard to call volume and sales.

REQUIREMENTS

Good communication skills in Malayalam
It would be better if you can handle English, Hindi as well as Tamil.
Bachelor's degree in any field
Minimum 2 years' experience and proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Outstanding ability to follow scripts.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe them to prospects.
Good at convincing skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Cooltempered and able to handle rejection.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Team player.
Ability to deal with different personalities.
Good time management skills.
Ability to provide excellent customer service.
