    Job Description :

    Key Responsibilities :

    Lead and manage the design team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.

    - Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's objectives and standards.

    - Oversee the entire design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality standards are met within deadlines.

    - Run design thinking workshops with clients in both pre-sales and project execution scenarios.

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and external partners, to ensure cohesive user experience across all platforms.

    - Provide expert guidance and feedback to designers, helping to develop their skills and careers.

    - Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and tools to continuously improve the team's output and efficiency.

    - Handle a global clientele, be adept at working in a cross-cultural environment.

    Qualifications :

    Proven experience (typically 4+ years) in a design leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.

    Expertise in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Canva).

    - Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing talent.

    - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex design concepts clearly and persuasively.

    - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.

    - Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
