Essential Job Functions

  • Analyze, validate and process transactions as per Desktop procedures
  • Clear and accurate written and verbal communication with relevant parties
  • Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards.
  • Ensure that the quality of transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by Process Excellence
  • Work as a team member to meet process goals at all times
  • Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
  • Good computer navigation skills
  • Good keyboarding speed 25wpm w/98% accuracy
  • Good knowledge of complete MS Office suite
  • Knowledge about the Insurance industry in US (N/A incase of a fresher)
  • Knowledge about US Culture (N/A incase of a fresher)
  • Knowledge of Insurance principles (N/A incase of a fresher)
  • Communication skills should be able to read, interpret business documents. Good oral/written communication
  • Ability to work successfully in production driven environment
  • Adaptability to change
  • Ability to work on routine/standardized transactions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, computer science or related field preferred
  • Three or more years of business process outsourcing, consulting or systems implementation experience
  • Experience working with business processes

  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to assess clients' business and identify improvement opportunities
  • Willingness to travel
