Description
Service Desk Analysts are information technology (IT) professionals who
provide technical support to users. They respond to incoming requests for IT support and resolve network, hardware and software issues with computers. They also perform technical maintenance and software installations and updates.

User query/issue handling. Ensuring user queries or issues are captured, validated, and triaged for further processing.

Communicating with users. Ensuring that various types of information are communicated to users through the appropriate channel(s).

Optimization.Optimization. Optimization. Ensuring improvement of the two previous processes through analysis, reviews, and reporting, as well as through automation, competence building, knowledge sharing and other organizational changes.

  • Identify and diagnose issues and problems
  • Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions
  • Support problem identification
  • Advise users on appropriate course of action
  • Monitor issues from start to resolution
  • Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support
  • Provide essential online security advice and support
  • Managing one or more customer service or service desk functions.
  • Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services.
  • Delivering customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, selfservice, and automated.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
