- Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Lead, motivate, and guide the market development team to achieve sales and market expansion targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure effective execution of market development plans.
- Retail Site Development & Funnel Management:
- Develop and maintain a strong retail site funnel to identify and convert potential business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities at retail sites to drive product trials and adoption.
- User Engagement & Loyalty:
- Retain top category users from the previous year and increase influencer engagement.
- Drive growth in Influencer Points earned by top users through consistent interaction and usage.
- Identify and onboard new top users to strengthen the active customer base.
- Contractor Network Expansion:
- Promote the contractor loyalty program, including new enrollments, mason team mapping, and follow-ups for point accumulation.
- Premium Product Penetration:
- Increase scan share and adoption of premium products across the territory.
- Support placement and visibility initiatives through structured drives and in-store activations.
- Rishta Program Management:
- Drive new user enrollments and manage user verifications for the Rishta program.
- Resolve program-related issues to ensure user satisfaction and retention.
- Engage inactive (Zero Scan) masons to reactivate and sustain participation.
- Influencer Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with architects, engineers, and interior designers to secure product specifications at project sites.
- Implement architect loyalty programs and promotional schemes to enhance brand preference.
- Market Promotion & Brand Visibility:
- Organize influencer meets (contractors, masons, and others) to strengthen relationships and drive conversions.
- Lead in-store branding, product placement, and display initiatives to improve brand presence and awareness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in market development, channel sales, or retail expansion within the building materials or construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing on-ground market development activities and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of influencer management and retail channel development.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and execution capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
