Description

We are the Exclusive Authorized Genuine Parts Stockist of Royal Enfield / Honda / TVS / Hero / Bajaj for Lucknow and 14 other districts of Uttar Pradesh.

We buy genuine Spares from Company and distribute them to Dealer Network and Aftermarket Retailers, which in turn provide the Genuine Spares to end customers.

    (NATIVE or CANDIDATE WHO HAVE THEIR OWN HOUSE IN GORAKHPUR,U.P. WILL INTERVIEWED & SELECT.)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Should have Two Wheeler and Valid Driving License.


  • Basic computer skills

  • Mail, MS Excel

Work Experience:
- min 2-3 Yrs in Field Sales & Business Development (experience in channel sales will prefer)


Qualification:

  • Graduation (MBA preferred)

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

  • 15 days travel in a month to nearby outstation of Gorakhpur (Will be covering the allotted area intensively & Presence in the Distribution Hub once in a week.)
  • Systematic coverage of Territory Beat/Journey Map, Dealers, Private Garage Owners, Mechanics.
  • Responsible for sale of Genuine Spare Parts and Accessories in designated territory.
  • Build and sustain business relationship with retailers.
  • Coordinate with Office Team to ensure retailer order service levels.
  • Participate in weekly retail performance reviews.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • CTC:
  • Rs.22,00025,000/ pm (Negotiable) + Incentive+ Traveling Allowance + DA + PF / ESIC + Insurance (Life and Medical).
