- Develop and maintain strategic longterm trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and longterm company objectives.
- Partner the key client, research their wants and needs and suggest solutions that answer clients needs and wants.
- Sales of the Ground Support products to new and existing civil segment.
- Sustain and expand relationships with the key account and work closely with multiple business departments in order to maintain and further develop the relationships.
- Daily (Frequent) visits to key account units for better customer engagement.
- Conversion of quantities mentioned in Offtake Agreement into firm orders.
- Follow up for payment of due amount.
- Dispatch scheduling and phasing based upon projected requirement from various units.
- Support in sustenance of programs such as Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
- Create opportunities for new products.
- Growth in sales and Revenue.
- Gross Profit Margin from the clients.
- Operational Cash Flow.
- Current Accounts Receivables on timely basis.
- Introduction of new products.
