    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Scaling up the Athlab platform aligning with business requirements and customer research driving impact.
    • Conduct customer and market research and document findings analytically.
    • Identify opportunities for product improvement using internal and external data and define applicable customer/market trends while understanding the limitations of Shopify.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to define and execute product launch plans.
    • Collaborate with the Product Manager to define product requirements for upcoming releases.
    • Continually monitor product performance (feature usage, customer delight, retention etc.) and brainstorm with the product team on ways to improve

    What would make you a great fit?

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
    • Prior experience with Shopify and analytical tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel etc.
    • Understanding of Product Management Fundamentals and Product Development Lifecycle(Scrum and Lean Development)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Passion for technology and product innovation, with a desire to learn and grow in the field of product management
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools is a plus
