Tele Sales Executive


As a Tele Sales Executive at TESTRIQ QA LAB, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with potential clients to promote our software testing services.


Role - Tele Sales Executive

Experience - 3 to 5 years

Location - Mumbai

Work Mode - On Site

Work Type - Full Time


Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Client Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce TESTRIQ QA LAB and its comprehensive range of software testing services.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and followup.
  • Solution Presentation: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our software testing services, addressing client needs and challenges.
  • Conduct virtual presentations to showcase our capabilities and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication and understanding of their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and coordinate efforts for key accounts.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in software testing.
  • Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of client needs.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in tele sales within the IT industry, with a focus on software services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Familiarity with software testing concepts and practices is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a targetdriven environment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
