We are looking for a competent
Admin Executive to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.

You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to executive's working life and communication.

We are looking for a person with commitment and can stay for long-time with us.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Upkeep Of Office Administrative Facilities And Ensure Availability Of Daily Miscellaneous Requirements To Provide Harmonious Work Culture To Employees.
  • Acting As Info-Hub For Providing Administration Related Information And Supervising Administrative Activities Like General Admin, Verification Of Stationery Stock, Petty Cash, Courier, Florist, Pest Control, Housekeeping, Etc.
  • Specialization In Handling Back Office Operations, Inter-Office Correspondence, Confidential Mails, Quotations, Monthly Billing, Cheques, Etc.
  • Arranging Accommodation For Employees By Co-Ordination With Various Branch Offices And To Continuously Improve The Quality Of Services
  • Office Maintenance
  • Basic Troubleshooting
  • Transportation Arrangements
  • Accommodation Booking
  • Travel Ticket Booking
  • Stationery And Other Purchase Part Handling
  • Housekeeping Day To Day Role And Functions Tracking.
  • Responsible For End To End Office Administration Activities

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Must and should have minimum 12 Years of experience in Admin.
  • Must have working knowledge on MS Office, Excel Sheets, mailing
  • Must and should have good communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification Required

  • Must be Graduate / Post Graduate with good academic track record in English Medium Languages
  • Able to communicate in English, Hindi and Telugu

Salary:
₹15,000.00 to ₹20,000.00 /month
