Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Provide accurate information and resources to clients, tailoring services to their specific needs.

Documentation Supervision: Oversee the completion and submission of all necessary documentation on behalf of clients.

Client Meetings: Engage with both potential and existing clients to determine the services they require.

Document Verification: Ensure the authenticity of all paperwork and supporting documents.

Research and Reporting: Utilize exceptional research, fact-checking, and writing skills to maintain high-quality service.

Communication Excellence: Exhibit outstanding verbal communication skills and the ability to support clients through the visa process.

Problem-Solving: Be solution-oriented to overcome challenges and fulfill responsibilities.

Remote Counselling: Offer counselling and support to clients via telephone or virtual meetings, ensuring accessibility and convenience

Educational qualification of at least 12th grade or equivalent.
Mandatory proficiency in English, both written and spoken. (Knowing other languages is a plus)
Previous experience in visa consultation or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
