This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive.The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing business relationships and interactions with customers, maintaining customer satisfaction levels, providing excellent customer service, and addressing customer concerns and complaints.
The role also involves client relations and regular communication with clients, and is located in Ahmedabad.Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and customer satisfaction skills
- Strong business relationship management skills
- Effective client relations and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or relationship management
- Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
Salary:
Up to ₹29,000.00 per month
