Role

Responsibilities:

Managing the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, sharing calendar invites, followups, and assisting in closures.
Assisting in managing hiring manager expectations, and developing processes around hiring people.
Working closely with the team to improve sourcing strategies.

Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

6 months to 2 years of experience in hiring for a fastgrowing company.
Be independent and selfdriven.
Possess the ability to be extremely creative and innovative, maximizing the use of available resources.
Both inhouse or RPO experience is acceptable
Previous experience of sourcing for tech and nontech roles.
Previous experience of working on ATS.
