Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Field Marketing Plans:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive field marketing plans aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
- Identify target markets and design campaigns to reach and engage potential customers in those areas.
- Plan and execute ontheground events, and activations to promote brand visibility.
Collaborate with Sales Teams:
- Work closely with the sales teams to understand regional goals and priorities.
- Provide marketing support to regional sales efforts, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment between marketing and sales activities.
Content and Collateral Development:
- Create or adapt marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, and promotional materials, tailored to specific regions and events.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all field marketing materials.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand local trends, competition, and customer preferences.
- Analyze field marketing data and provide insights to optimize future campaigns and activities.
Budget Management:
- Manage the field marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI from all activities
Reporting and Analytics:
- Provide regular reports on the performance of field marketing initiatives, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Use data and insights to continuously refine and optimize field marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field marketing, event planning, or related roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive decisionmaking.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
Shift:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Travel requirement:
- Up to 100% travel
Experience:
- Cold calling: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
