International Customer Support Executives


Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone and chat
  • Resolving customer queries at the first point of contact
  • Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Recording and updating customer information via the organization's internal systems

Qualifications and Work Info:


  • Excellent Communication Skills in English(verbal & written)
  • Experience in International Voice will be added advantage
  • Should be willing to work in Nightshift.
  • No Target and No Work Pressure in Work.
  • Immediate Joining
  • Work from office
Shift time - 7pm to 630am IST
Monday - Friday
Location - Chennai, Nungambakkam


Qualification:

Any Under Graduate/Graduate/+2 pass can apply

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹16, ₹20,000.00 per month
