    If you want to join our team, we are currently looking to fill the following position:

    Associate Managed Services Information Security Analyst

    In this role, you will work closely with security tools and teams to monitor, analyze, and report on client data, providing security insights and recommendations. Your responsibilities will include security incident detection and response, threat hunting, and client system consultations.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Work as part of a global Cyber Defence Centre (CDC) team.
    • Collaborate with clients and Information Security Manager to optimize security platforms.
    • Monitor security tools and analyze logs.
    • Propose continuous improvement ideas for security technologies.
    • Adhere to standard processes and propose enhancements.
    • Handle security incidents and responses.
    • Utilize various skills in LAN technologies and security infrastructure.
    • Ensure efficient incident diagnosis and resolution.
    • Collaborate with colleagues and build a strong team environment.

    Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

    • Work independently based on standard procedures.
    • Professional concept utilization.
    • Strong knowledge of SIEM and security technologies.
    • Customer service oriented with problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Team player with the ability to work effectively with others.

    Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

    • Degree in IT/Computing.
    • Security certifications such as AZ-500, SC-200, Security+, etc.

    Required Experience:

    • Entry level experience in SOC Analysis Operations.
    • Experience in SIEM tools and security technologies.
    • Experience in handling security incidents and client support.

    Skills Summary:

    Communication, Critical Thinking, Cybersecurity, Teamwork, etc.
