    Description
    We are searching for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend software development using solid server-side technologies including TypeScript, Postgres, and Docker/Kubernetes deployment.

    You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining critical software applications, ensuring their scalability, performance, and security.

    Key Responsibilities :


    • Software Development : Design, develop, and maintain highquality server side applications using Python and TypeScript.
    • Code Review : Participate in and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
    • Collaboration : Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver exceptional solutions.
    • Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, sharing your expertise and best practices.
    • Performance Optimization : Identify and address performance bottlenecks and scalability issues in the software.
    • Security : Implement security best practices and conduct regular security assessments to protect our software from vulnerabilities.
    • Testing : Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to maintain high software quality standards.
    • Documentation : Create and maintain clear and concise technical documentation.
    • Problem Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and challenges.
    Requirements :


    • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on Javascript/Typescript and Docker/Kubernetes.
    • Proficiency with database technologies, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB
    • Experience with building serverside applications and design & development of REST and GraphQL APIs.
    • Experienced with inmemory databases such as Redis, memcached
    • Experienced with logging and monitoring tools such as New Relic, Datadog, ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana etc.
    • Experienced with unit, integration and endtoend testing frameworks and tools such as PyUnit, Jest, Mocha, Chai, Selenium
    • Strong concern to accessibility, security compliance and performance
    • User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
    • Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
    • Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
    • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Experience working remotely (constant communication, selfstarter, solid git commit habits, supporting/empowering others, etc.)
    • Good contribution towards any of the open source projects will be a great plus.
