• Assisting with general customer queries such as delivery dates, expiry dates etc.
• Problem solving and processing of any customer claims
• Invoicing of customer orders
• Hospital enquiries and supply statuses
• Liaising with the warehouses on order timelines and scheduled deliveries
• General office administration and filing
• Keep knowledge up to date about regulatory guidelines.
