Job description:

  • Review tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentation, risk matrix, information to top management to get approval for bidding.
  • To identify risk and opportunity in the proposal pricing in order to mitigate inherent risk at tender submission stage.
  • Coordinating with internal department for preparation of project construction plans & schedules, staffs, manpower & equipment deployments, organization charts and method statements and infrastructure requirements.
  • To prepare tender review information in order to ensure methodology, pricing and margin contingency are adequately adhered to.
  • Preparing of technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements.
  • To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities.
  • Preparing rate analysis with logical risk factor pricing.
  • Floating an enquiry and collection of offer with vendor negotiation, analysis & price comparison, updating costing works.
  • To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry & market intelligence data etc. which are needed for submission.
  • To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submission.
  • To ensure that tender submission is standardized in terms of format, font, logo etc and in line with customers tender requirements.
Skills Required


  • Any Graduate with Experience of 4-5 years in same field (Tender Executive)
  • Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience
  • Experience Skill Good Communication Skill, Negotiation skills, Analytical, Presentation Skills
  • Good English communication skill.

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)
