Job Brief

We are looking for an organised, engaging admissions counselor who will counsel students for the right programs, and resources to help them get the most out of the Lab of Future experience.

The Admission Counselor will meet with students to assess their interests and activities, inform them about programs at the Lab of Future, and enroll them.

You will also conduct interviews, arrange for campus tours, conduct information sessions, and represent the Lab of Future at School fairs or other outreach initiatives.

To be a successful admissions counselor, you should be committed to learning more about the students you work with and how they may benefit from specific programs.

You should be knowledgeable, resourceful, and supportive with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Driving the admissions in the Lab of Future programs
Managing the front desk counseling & admissions, query handling
Highlighting the benefits of programs, and courses in order to enroll students.
Staying current with the lab's admission processes and requirements,programs, and courses
Participating in marketing events and representing Lab of Future at school fairs and other promotional opportunities.
Developing and maintaining an active alumni network to plan events, help students find opportunities in their fields.
Maintaining accurate and current knowledge of educational legislation, trends, developments, and resources.

Skills Required:

Experience in admissions may be preferred.
Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong planning and people reading skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support as they make important decisions.
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite
Proficiency in English

Qualifications

Graduation degree in education/psychology or a related field

Salary Range
INR15,000-INR20,000 per month (CTC degree performance appraisal for career growth

What will a day look like?

9:00 am - 1:30 pm :Follow up on active leads, follow up on social media enquiries, Making calls, fixing appointments, arranging meetings, fixing calendar, preparing reports, presentations

2:30 pm - 6:00 pm :Inquiry handling, counseling and admissions, updating CRM/Software

6:30 pm - 7:00 pm :Onlinecall with Director for day's briefing and next day's plan discussion

Salary:
₹180, ₹240,000.00 per year
