Job Description:
Position Summary

Responsibilities:

Make amends to layout files (art and copy) as indicated by the brand team or client. Reviews corrected pages for accuracy and ensures all requested amends have been made.
Collaborates with Art Directors during preliminary/conceptual stages of work to provide composite artwork using Photoshop and/or Illustrator or other current software. May also assist in creating or editing charts, graphs, logos, etc.
Support the creative team in designing core campaign assets and spin-off campaign tactics.
Collaborate with art and production to translate specifications into production artwork.
Adhere to and monitor agency guidelines related to established workflow and file management. Keeps Studio Manager informed when said guidelines are adhered to.
Develop and retain brand knowledge (colors, logos, master artwork, style, etc.) of products at the agency and a working knowledge of client process and procedures.
Attend departmental meetings when scheduled.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date time sheets.
Demonstrate a high level of digital efficiency, be familiar with digital output devices such as high-speed color laser copiers, small

- and large-format inkjet printers and contract proofing devices.

Develop crossplatform proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel—in order of importance)
Meet deadlines for work that has been assigned/delegated.
Support agency and collaborate with art in the generation of content for new business pitches.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Studio Manager

Requirements:

Degree preferred. 3+ years of desktop production studio experience
Advertising, design or publishing experience
Pharmaceutical advertising agency experience a plus
Adobe CC 2014 or CS (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat (CS6 minimum), QuarkXpress.
Knowledge of Macintosh OS (current version)
Crossplatform knowledge and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
