    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Own design problems end to end, from initial concept through shipping, and beyond.
    • Create artifacts, prototypes, and specs that enable developers to implement features efficiently.
    • Drive user research and usability studies to build future product roadmaps for the team.
    • Craft elegant design solutions that inspire others inside and outside the organization.
    • Identify future opportunities, working as a thought partner to the product, engineering, marketing, and product designers.
    • Define the design process and lead others through it.
    • Raise the bar on the overall design of the current platform.
    • Help the team build an internal design system for the future.
    • Work closely with the leadership team of a top-tier fast-growing startup.
    Requirements :
    • 2-4 years of product design experience in designing web-based products.
    • An online portfolio or work samples showcasing web and web app-based product design solutions.
    • Excellent interaction and visual design skills.
    • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams beyond product and tech, such as marketing, brand, and communication.
    • Self-starter with initiative, able to think and communicate clearly.
    • Strong understanding of design to create cutting-edge and world-class consumer experiences.
    • Strong analytical skills - able to define problems and think of solutions. Ability to analyze issues and solutions.
    • Open to constructive feedback and willing to explore multiple iterations of designs.
    • Deep knowledge of design principles and methods.
    • Ability to work with diverse team members to inspire and meet deadlines.
