Job Description-Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the entire operations and service delivery of the concerned office
  • Responsible for customer service and administration. Liaises and coordinates with insurance companies for servicing related activities.
  • Branch Coordination, diagnostic centres, insurance coordination activities of the operations staff at all the branch offices.
  • Well verse in Vlook up, HLook up,Pivot Table. Preparing Reports.

Required Skillset:

  • Good Communication Skills to handle Customers
  • Good in taking follow ups
  • Focused over TAT & transactional level activities
  • Proactive Approach with positive thinking
  • Good in Advance excel.
