Job summary
Plan and track project schedules across both design and execution phases using Asana. Coordinate with design, execution, and site teams to manage dependencies and deliverables Monitor project timelines, identify deviations, and support mitigation planning Plan and track order placement and material delivery schedules to ensure uninterrupted execution Review and analyse BOQs from a planning and feasibility perspective Validate drawings from an execution-readiness standpoint to identify potential risks Establish maintain project scheduling reporting escalation mechanisms Conduct internal project reviews with design teams execution teams founders Visit sites review progress quality finishes gaps Act as the primary coordination point for select client projects Communicate with clients on project progress updates coordination requirementsResponsibilities
