Hiring field recruiters for Flipkart (Instakart Services) -
On a Contract Role for the below locations: A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in delivery agent hiring is mandatory.

Saravanampatti, Nagercoil, Avinashi, Pallipalayam, and Cuddalore

Eligibility:

Any Degree

Min 2-3 Years of experience in Blue collar workforce hiring

Native or willing to relocate at above mentioned cities

Supply chain/Bulk hiring experience added advantage

Role & Responsibilities

Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media for closing open positions like Delivery Agents, Sorters, Team Leaders
Conduct initial phone screens & Schedule calls and interviews
Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles & release offers on time by coordinating with vendors
Participate in recruiting events like campus, Job fair, Road Activities etc
Assisting HRBP to close cluster level assignments on time

Pay would be 20-25k/month & Immediate joiners preferred

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
