    Job Description

    Who we are looking for

  • Expected to spend 100% of the time on hands-on Data Analysis , Data Modeling , design and architecture
  • Experience in Finance Domain and FCC(Financial Crimes and Compliance) is a plus
  • Work shift timings : 11 AM IST to 8 PM IST / 12 PM IST to 9 PM IST
  • Extensive working knowledge and expertise on Spark SQL, RDBMS, Hive, Impala
  • Should have worked on datamigration projects especially cloud migration.
  • Work closely with business and IT teams to clarify and refine functional requirement specifications.
  • Work with source teams to understand the data and analyze the gaps
  • Come up with Entiy and Attribute mappings, Dependencies, constraints , Data rules and data model
  • Should be able to work independently and communicate with IT and Business Stakeholders to drive technical delivery
  • Should be able to work on and strategize for future data model for compliance

    • What you will be responsible for

    As a data analyst you will

    · Hands on design and development. Spend 80% of time on own tasks as part of Sprint deliverables.

  • 12+ Years of IT experience with relevant qualifications
  • 6+ years of industry experience in Bigdata and Cloud development experience
  • Work experience on enterprise applications is a must.
  • Extensive experience on Data Analysis Data Mappings, Data Quality, SOR
  • Exposure to AWS, Databricks is most desirable
  • Should have worked with RDBMS,OLTP,OLAP,Data Warehouses and ETL
  • Financial domain knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Agile experience

    • Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferable to computer science degree
  • 5+ years of experience in development in global teams
  • Good at design and implementation

    • Additional requirements

    · Experienced, fully competent in own area

    · Shares own expertise with others; will co-ordinate activities of others/the team

    · Completes own role independently or with minimal supervision/guidance

    · Strong written & verbal communication skills. Experience writing, reviewing technology documents including user guides.
